  2. Take out your smartphone and open SmartQ
  3. Select the shop you are waiting in front of on the map
  4. Indicate how many people are in the queue
  5. You're helping others!

Remember that you can also use the app to indicate that no one is waiting at this shop.

  1. You are at home and wish to go in a shop

  4. Run straight to the shop or on the contrary, postpone your trip
